Margaret had a significant and diversified career with Shell Australia commencing as a graduate having roles in the retail, commercial and aviation businesses, including Operations Manager for Aviation for Asia Pacific, GM Retail and GM Commercial.
She was a key person on the transition of Shell Australia to Viva Energy, holding the role of GM Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for all customer facing businesses. Margaret led the ASX listing of Viva Energy REIT (now Waypoint REIT) in 2016 and was CEO until 2020 before transitioning to her non-executive career.
